My friend once asked, “What is the task to paint a cottage true?”
A garden green with golden path leads to the sea of lucid blue.
Where light-foot lad and rose lip lassie stroll the dappled lane;
With joyful hearts and caring eyes between the two remain.
Come walk to fill a playful heart, then to the cottage draw near.
For life and love blessed assuredly, a blessing to endear.
