It is not easy being a teapot poised and proper,
Nor can be tepid but hot and surpassingly on the spot.
Savories indeed delicacies but my tea is the topper,
Must exceedingly gracious be to bow before the lot.
I come short, tall, and stretched in all configurations.
I celebrate with royalty yet shiver in raised discretion.
Full knowing my spout is sealed in full cooperation.
I acquire my bold position beside the dainty confection.
Then bid you come and rest, relieve your daily stress.
Dear friends we are and new friends to greet.
Await the whistle and I will give you more than less.
Over a cup from me and a lovely tasty, sweet.
